Getting started

Choose a body area and free weights, machine or bodyweight in Add exercises. Search by exercise or equipment. Barbell and Smith machine presses are separate entries; check the equipment before adding.

Today and weekly plans

A weekly plan is your weekday template. Adding exercises or changing sets and order in Today affects today’s routine. Explicitly save to the weekly plan when you want to reuse that routine.

Records and progress

History contains the input values of sets marked complete. Planned and completed set counts can differ. Deleted unfinished sets do not become completed records.
