Must I install it?
You can use the website directly. Add to Home Screen can provide an app-like launch, but the menu and support depend on your device and browser. Installation is optional.
An old screen remains
Close the app completely, reopen it and check the network. Clearing all site data can erase guest records, so treat that as a last resort. Updating app files and deleting personal records are different actions.
Does it work offline?
Guest storage does not mean full offline support. Initial loading, sign-in, account saving and YouTube links may need a connection. Check the save result if connectivity is interrupted.
Who provides the videos?
View on YouTube opens search results for the exercise name. These are not videos produced or individually verified by JJ FIT. Select a channel and confirm that the exercise and equipment match.
The app records your input. It does not assess technique, diagnose conditions or prescribe a suitable load.
