Image editing and export run on your device. Images are not uploaded by these tools. Continuing from background transparency stores a one-use transfer in this browser, removed on receipt. Unused transfers expire after 10 minutes and are cleaned up the next time either tool opens. Website resources still use the internet.
Why does the GIF look different?
GIF export uses 252 colors and binary transparency. Semi-transparent pixels are thresholded; use a solid background to avoid harsh edges. Frame delays are rounded cumulatively to 10 ms, so 8 FPS alternates 120/130 ms. PNG preserves full color and alpha.
What is included in this version?
Plain-color background removal, trimming, alignment, equal-grid sheet splitting, frame ordering, playback and PNG/ZIP/GIF export. It does not include AI subject detection, painting, GIF import or project-file saving. Limits: 60 frames, 4096px per image side, 16 MP total; canvas controls up to 2048px; GIF up to 1024px per side.
